Semi-automatic case erecting and manual filling station. This compact semiautomatic
machine will improve efficiency in product hand loading.
The operator opens the case by hand and places into the loading station - the
station detects the presence of the case and automatically closes the base of the
case, keeping it firmly in place to allow unimpeded manual case loading.
Once the case is filled the operator folds the top of the box and presses a button to
automatically deliver the case to the tape sealers. The case is then taped top and
bottom and discharged ready for palletizing.
The packing station is quick and easy to set up to different size cases.
